The North Central Group (NCG) was founded on enduring principles and an unbridled passion for hospitality and real estate development. Founded in 1981, NCG has extensive development and management experience in limited-facility, mid-market and focused-service segments. Located near Madison, Wisconsin, we have successfully managed various hotel brands including Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Residence Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites, Comfort Inn and Suites. With 24 hotels in our portfolio, NCG is looking forward to furthering its relationship with Hilton and Marriott for future development.
We are also working on future projects in Madison, Wisconsin; Happy Valley, Arizona; Phoenix, Arizona; and Chandler, Arizona.
Hampton Inn & Suites - Madison West, Wisconsin
This hotel project, currently under construction is a 132-room Hampton Inn & Suites. This project will be located on the west side of Madison, just off Beltline Hwy 12/14. The Hampton Inn & Suites is scheduled to open Summer 2008.
Homewood Suites by Hilton - Madison West, Wisconsin
This hotel project is a 121-room Homewood Suites located on the west side of Madison, just off Beltline Hwy 12/14. This hotel project is schedule to open Fall 2008.
Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites - Happy Valley, Arizona
This project is a 125-room Hampton Inn & Suites and a 134-room Homewood Suites. This project will be located in Happy Valley, just off of I-17 and is scheduled to open Fall 2008. Click here to learn about the available restaurant pad site.
Towne Place Suites by Marriott - Phoenix, Arizona
This hotel project, currently under construction, is a 114-room Towne Place Suites. This project will be located in the western part of Phoenix, Arizona next to our Courtyard by Marriott, and is scheduled to open Winter 2008/2009.
Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites - Chandler, Arizona
This hotel project is a 153-room Hampton Inn & Suites and a 132-room Homewood Suites. This project is located east of Phoenix in Chandler, Arizona, and is scheduled to open Winter 2008/2009. |
