Kinseth believes in managing a property through an intense hands-on style. We work with hotel managers and owners to establish goals and objectives for their hotels. We develop strategies and action plans that increase both short-term and long-term cash flow and enrich the value of the property.
The company features a fully-integrated support structure, covering all functional areas such as human resources, accounting, technology, purchasing, sales, marketing, operations, renovation, construction, and food/beverage. Kinseth believes in a very hands-on approach. We believe in extensive, ongoing reviews to drive a performance-based culture.
Staffed in all areas of hospitality management, Kinseth is equipped with an organized approach. We have assembled a staff of senior executives who continually interact with property level managers to implement proven systems of operations.
