Marriott's newest hotel brand, TownePlace Suites by Marriott currently has 24 properties open nationwide and plans to open an additional 40 properties each year. TPS General Managers are often first time GMs, hands-on, focused on providing world class service, developing a high performing team and selling extended stay. TPS Operations Managers are often first time managers, hands on and share the responsibility for hiring, training, accounting and inventory functions at the hotel with the GM.
Salary range: GM $32K-$40K, OM $25K-$30K. Bonus Potential: GM maximum 25% OM maximum 15% |
