With over twenty years of experience in various finance and operational positions, Paul Stanton brings a proven track record to the pmHS team as the Corporate Controller, where his responsibilities include all aspects of financial management. Every property that Mr. Stanton has been associated with has seen a dramatic reduction in cost of goods sold and payroll, while at the same time seeing an increase in revenues and profits. Marketing, training, and great customer service has been the foundation on which all of the successes have been built. His international experience ranges from the Five Star, Five Diamond Boca Raton Hotel and Club, to the Walt Disney Company, to the Dragon Hill Lodge Hotel and Casino in Seoul, South Korea. During most of his career Paul has handled multiple businesses and been involved in various construction and renovation projects to include restaurants, 100 room hotel additions, Spa renovation and construction of a sporting clay range and lodge. He has successfully used technology and implemented systems to reengineer the accounting function at his last three assignments as well as here at pmHS. Mr. Stanton has been a key member of the development team for a liquor management system, a labor productivity system, and a telephone system. He has negotiated numerous procurement contracts to include prime vendors, electrical suppliers, technology suppliers, banks, and credit card processors. As a way of giving back, Mr. Stanton has taught several courses at various colleges both domestically and internationally.
