Aaron M. Raffle, Chief Technology Officer, joined the company in August of 2000. Overseeing new product development and our I.T. consulting services, Aaron is responsible for providing our clients and our company with the expert knowledge, guidance and technology to improve efficiency and profitability. Aaron comes to pmHS with a decade of experience in the I.T. field, including five years as Director of Information Technologies with the 400- room, 1200 acre Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa in Farmington, PA. Aaron has been very active in the hospitality industry and has been a member of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals organization (HFTP) since 1998. Prior to joining pmHS, Aaron worked as an independent consultant performing process analysis, project management, development of I.T. department models and application development. Combining his experience in the fields of technology, communications and project management, Aaron is building a well rounded, service oriented "I.T. Solutions Division" that is capable of evaluating the technology issues that face the hospitality industry and developing "big-picture" solutions to resolve those issues.
