Tharaldson Lodging manages over 330 limited and extended service properties in 31 states. In April 1999, Tharaldson Companies received one of the inaugural " Cutting Edge " awards presented by the American Hotel & Motel Association. Gary Tharaldson's philosophy has always been to share with the people who have helped make him the success that he is. He believes that the growth and success of the company depends on hard working associates and their actions. Acting on his belief, January 1, 1999, he adopted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan through which the associates who helped build Tharaldson Companies, now own 50% of the company. His commitment to his associates has created " Tharaldson Companies " an employee owned company. |
