All of our concepts provide ongoing training, progressive pay, health and dental insurance (which we pay a portion of the premiums), life insurance, vacation and 401(k) (match 50% up to 8%). Applebee's and Rio Bravo have bonus incentives.
In the last three years, we have added 5 new Applebee's and 2 Rio Bravo's. We will be adding 2 more Applebee's in 1999 and are in the process of building our first Jason's Deli with a second site picked out. |
