Our hours of operation are 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. which allows our managers time to manage life's other priorities on a daily basis. Additionally, our profit sharing system allows our managers to earn enough money to enjoy all of their time away from the restaurant. Our managers earned an average of $67,980 (110% higher than industry average) in 1998. Our voluntary turnover within management is almost non-existent and almost half of our management staff began with us as hourly employees. |
