Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is one of North America’s premier resort destinations. Situated on over 2,800 acres, the resort features 335 luxurious guestrooms, suites, townhouses, and private homes, including Falling Rock. In addition to the internationally acclaimed Woodlands Spa, the resort offers 36 holes of golf on two championship courses. The Pete Dye designed Mystic Rock—home to the PGA Tour’s 84 Lumber Classic—promises golfers a challenge with giant boulders, Sahara-like bunkers, and wickedly undulating greens. The traditional Scottish design of The Links course is a demanding par 70, is a traditional mountain course with breathtaking vistas of the Alleghenies everywhere. Several hundred feet of elevation change and small, undulating greens will challenge players of every skill level.
For shooting of another kind, guests can visit our 30-station Shooting Academy, a sporting clays facility situated on 140 lush acres complete with a spacious lodge. Trail rides are also available at the Equestrian Center or for a more rugged trail experience there is the 21-mile OffRoad Driving Academy, designed specifically to test the capabilities of the Hummer®. For shoppers, there are 15 specialty shops and the ultimate outdoor store, Woodlands World. As the seasons change, our ski facilities for both downhill and cross-country enthusiasts, snowboarders, and snow tubers kick into high gear. For a more relaxing winter experience, enjoy a surrey ride through the beautiful Laurel Highlands.
Nemacolin Woodlands also boasts an impressive collection of 14 restaurants and lounges and a multi-million dollar art collection. For meeting and events, the resort offers 32,000 square feet of meeting and banquet facilities including two ballrooms, a 200-seat lecture hall, and twenty-seven meeting rooms making Nemacolin Woodlands an ideal setting for functions ranging from weddings to sales meetings.
