| 50 Seat Restaurant in Boston's North End. Romantic brick and scounce decor with an extensive wine list. We are searching for an experieced Executive and Sous Chef. Both candidates must have prior experience and a sufficient education backgroud in culinary arts. Duties and Responsiblities include: menu development, scheduling, food-cost anaylsis; inventory, and ordering daily. We are hoping to find candidates who are personal, and have the leadership qualities to produce ideas and the menu themselves. We are a family restaurant that markets Fine Italian Cuisine.
