 Mark Rosinsky – Director and Senior Vice President Hotel Investments. Rosinsky brings to the company substantial experience in the hotel investment field. During his four years as Vice President of Hotel Investments at HEI Hotels, he was instrumental in the acquisition of 11 properties and two management contracts. Prior to joining HEI Hotels, he was an Officer with Chase Manhattan Bank, and then he spent 11 years with HVS, the leading hotel valuation service worldwide. At HVS he performed market feasibility studies, appraisals, and consulting assignments for all types of hotels throughout the world. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker and has completed extensive courses at The Appraisal Institute. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, he is active in the school’s admission program.
