Sage-Robin is responsible for varied aspects of Human Resources including management recruiting and and Management Development at The Dow Hotel Company. Previously, she has been the Manager of Human Resources for FlightSafety Boeing in Seattle. She was the Corporate Manager of Organizational Learning for Westin Hotels, in their Seattle Corporate Headquarters. For eight years, she was with Sheraton Hotels in varying capacities including Director of Training for New York City and Area Director of Training in Indonesia. Sage-Robin holds a M.A. Degree in Human Resources from The New School for Social Research in New York City.
