Rogovin joins DHC from TIAA/CREF where he was Director - Commercial Mortgage Investments, focused on hotel related lending and investment. He joined TIAA/CREF in 1994 with responsibilities for repositioning and asset management of its equity hotel portfolio. Prior to joining TIAA/CREF, he was with HVS International, Inc., where he performed complex hospitality valuation and consulting assignments. Rogovin holds a Bachelors in Hotel Administration from New York Technical College. He has completed financial credit training, all Appraisal Institute coursework and has served as an adjunct instructor in the graduate program at New York University’s Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Travel Administration.
