With academic backgrounds in hospitality marketing and years of direct experience in the hotel and/or property management industry, our company's top sales and marketing executives are uniquely qualified to help each hotel or resort reach its sales goals.

A comprehensive sales and marketing plan for each property is at the core of our sales strategy and distinguishes us from other management companies. The action plan, developed with the input and cooperation of the general manager, includes an evaluation of market competition and property strengths and weaknesses. The hotel benefits from marketing strategies that are people-oriented, measurable and effective.

By creating a finely-tuned mix of occupancy and average room rate, our sales and marketing staff focuses on building gross operating profit. Our corporate directors of sales and marketing work with each property's sales managers to evaluate industry trends and review local market demands on an on-going basis.
