We manage limited service hotels that are located primarily in secondary and tertiary markets with several brands – Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Super 8, Wingate Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, Best Western and independent hotels.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Keokuk Super 8 Motel is a 62 unit facility located near the Mississippi River serving the tri-state area of Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. Boating and skiing are enjoyed on the river by our guests. Many prefer to visit the historic sites of the Mormon Trail which include the city of Nauvoo restoration area and the Carthage Jail. Shopping, fine dining, riverboat gambling and dining, craft shops and antique malls are among the many attractions to this area. Our facility boasts complimentary breakfast in the morning with delivery of coffee to the rooms on wake-up calls. Small meeting room and much, much more.
