| Tan Tara Golf Club is located along the banks of the Erie Canal, separating Erie and Niagara Counties. This private club was built on a farm and has undergone extensive renovation to convert the old barn into a gorgeous clubhouse and banquet facility. 501 yards, 23 bunkers and 10 new tees were added in 1995, extending the course to 7087 yards from the championship tees. Originally built in 1971, Tan Tara boasts 4 sets of tees and a layout that is challenging for all levels of play. Tree-guarded fairways demand an accurate tee shot, or else a recovery shot back into play results. The course is defined by its tough par fours and a unique layout that allows a player to start and finish each nine with a par three. |
