| We gave live entertainment in main room and a quaint, small bar & restaurant downstairs. We're under new management and looking to make a name for the food and live entertainment. We're located 1 and half hrs out of NY City in a cute little village that is re-blooming and becoming a destination. The village has several new businesses and lotsa of traffic. My sister and I want to make Bodle's a destination for a fun evening of lively entertainment, good food and good service. We need a good cook or chef in the kitchen - one that wants to make a name for themselves in a growing community that appreciates good food. The restaurant itself is an old converted horse stable that was originally build at the turn of the century. When it was remodeld in 1985, there was a Federal grant and the building was rebuilt to its original design; the main room is very rustic and the downstairs was built using pews and wood from a church that was being torn down - the room is very pretty and comfortable; the brass bar is beautiful. We hope to have some live entertainment in this room once things are rolling.... |
