Located in the historic Staab House, Fuego Restaurant offers the ambiance of a traditional Spanish Hacienda; a warm, casual yet sophisticated atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here, guests can enjoy oversized leather armchairs, leather sofas, hand-painted wall treatments and hand-tooled menus. The floor is wood and saltillo tiles complete with "paw" prints. A large Old World chandelier hangs from the cathedral ceiling and french doors lead out to the seasonal outdoor terrace for casual outdoor dining. Fuego is a AAA Four Diamond rated restaurant with numerous Wine Spectator awards. Fuego has generous seating for eighty individuals inside the Staab House and forty on the outdoor terrace.
The historic Staab House Lounge and its authentic period surroundings ideally complement our signature libations. A perfect atmosphere for lively conversation make the Staab House Lounge a favorite gathering place for Santa Feans. It is also rated as one of Santa Fe's most romantic bars.
