Sage has extensive management experience in most segments of the hospitality industry including the limited-service, mid-market and full-service segments, as well as boutique hotels and resorts. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Sage has successfully managed most major brands, including Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton, Doubletree, Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn, in addition to independent hotels and resorts.
Currently, Sage is focused on the acquisition of historic or architecturally significant buildings in dynamic downtown locations. Sage will convert these buildings into unique mid-market hotels, such as Courtyard by Marriott and Renaissance, that will provide a first-class guestroom that cannot be reproduced due to the characteristics of the original building. |
