MENU Specialties: antipasti, pizzas, pasta, seafood, desserts, extensive Northwest and Italian wine selections. All baked goods, breads, and desserts made fresh daily in our Pazzoria Bakery & Café. Pastas: Ravioli di Salmone, fresh and smoked salmon ravioli with asparagus and light lemon cream. Cappelletti Alle Noci, fesh pasta filled with ricotta and spinach in a hazelnut marsala sauce. Spaghetti con Funghi e Pancetta Affumicata, spaghetti with wild mushrooms, smoked bacon, sweet garlic and rosemary. Entrees: Branzino al Sapori del Mediterraneo, grilled striped bass with mediterranean style vegetables. Filetto di Manzo con Gnocchi di Porcini, grilled beef tenderloin with baralo wine sauce and porcini dumplings. Anatra Marinata alla Griglia, marinated grilled breast of duck with sweet roasted onion and spicy sauteed greens.
