MENU- Prime aged meats, fresh seafood, farmhouse cheeses, emphasis on local produce in season; rooftop herb garden.
- Starters, including roasted corn and crab bisque; carpaccio of buffalo with white truffle oil and arugula; wild mushroom, Taleggio cheese and rosemary strudel with roasted poblano pepper and sweet onion relish.
- Dinner entrees include homemade sage noodles with a ragout of roasted chicken, spring vegetables and rooftop garden herbs; fisherman's stew of lobster, clams, mussels and Portuguese sausage in a tomato, fennel and saffron broth; pan-roasted double cut pork loin chop and corn spoon bread. And at lunch, a lobster-avocado club sandwich on grilled potato-dill bread with citrus aioli and vegetable root chips typifies the New American style.
