The Welk Group Inc is a family business and the dream of our founder Lawrence Welk. The legacy he left the family flows through every aspect of this beautiful 600 acre resort. We have a committment to family, traditional values. We value our employees as well as our guests. Our resort features hotel accommodations as well as timeshares villas. Our villas are ranked 5 star by Interval International and Gold Crown by RCI - the highest ratings you can achieve. We have held these ratings for 6 years. We are in the process of increasing our timeshare operation over the next 5-10 years. The first phase is Villas on the Greens which is underway at this time.
We firmly believe in promoting from within and teach and train our employees to increase their knowledge and skills. We want them to be successful as well. We offer profit sharing and the employees have received this benefit for the last three years. This is placed in the employees 401K and grows. For those in Southern California, who know traffic, our location is conveniently located off of 15N and easily connects to 78. We rarely have traffic in our neck of the woods. Our setting in the rugged hills of north San Diego makes coming to work each day - a breath of fresh air. |
