Since 1976, Potomac Hospitality Services has become a regional leader in hospitality management, providing full management services, construction management and renovation services. Our portfolio contains unique independent properties that range from extended-stay to full-service, all-suite hotels. We believe in hiring top general managers who can run the business as though it were theirs. They must have a passion for customer service, employee-oriented and a constant eye on quality and the bottom line.
Performance based incentive plans cover all key management positions. Annual pay-outs range from 8-15% of salary. We prefer to promote from within and we have managers who have been with the company ten to twenty years. |
