Wilson Hotel Management Company,Inc. was founded by Kemmons Wilson, Sr. - THE entrepreneur of the modern hotel industry. Mr. Wilson founded Holiday Inns in 1952 and after retiring in the late 70's, formed Wilson Hotel Management Company, Inc.
Our company has a rich history in this business and the knowledge and foresight that enable us to be a leader. We still believe our people are our strength and the driving force behind our success. We take great pride in the work environment we provide as well as our compensation and benefit packages we offer all employees - from our carefully selected management staff to our most important line level employee.
In recent years we have re-visited our corporate structure and made strategic moves to better our product and enhance our portfolio. We are currently seeking new growth opportunities with quality hotels in both the full service and the limited facility markets.
We have years of experience in the hotel business and a wealth of resources and talent available to assist our managers in successfully operating our hotels. We firmly believe and practice developing our own people and promoting from within our organization. Sixty percent of our recent general manager appointments have been from our own ranks.
