NECI is a leading culinary school in northern Vermont with more than 700 students and accredited Associate and Bachelor Degree programs. Culinary students spend 75% of their education in hands-on cooking as we operate restaurants, bakeries, bars, a statewide off-premise catering operation, non-commercial food services, and on-premise banquet/conference facilities. Students in the Bacheolor's Program spend 50% of their education in hands-on production and management of food service facilities.
NECI is recognized throughout the country for the quality of its graduates. Hands on training and low student-to-teacher ratios are at the heart of each program. All academic classes have no more than 18 students. |
