 Company Description

In 1991, Maggiano’s Little Italy was introduced to Chicago by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., as a re-creation of a classic pre-World War II dinner house. These large restaurants give you the feeling that you are in a mom-and-pop restaurant in New York City’s Little Italy.

Maggiano’s merged with Brinker International in the fall of 1995. By Summer of 2001, we will have 16 Maggiano’s in operation in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Tampa, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Denver and Southern California. With Brinker International’s financial strength behind us, our expansion plans call for 3-4 new Maggiano’s per year. Our vision…controlled growth, building one unit at a time and ensuring its success, doing things right the first time!

Maggiano’s average unit sales are 10 million dollars per year, per unit with dining, banquet and carryout service. Our lunch and dinner menus feature traditional Southern Italian appetizers and homemade breads, along with “grand” portions of pasta, chicken, veal, fish and steaks, and classic Italian-style desserts. High volume? Yes! High quality? Absolutely! With over 90% of our menu items made in-house daily from old family recipes, you can taste our commitment.

So come see what all the fuss is about, why customers wait almost every night of the week to dine with us, why we have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the industry, why we are the company to work for.

Maggiano’s is currently looking for successful full service managers and chefs to join out growing team. We offer competitive pay and benefits and unbeatable opportunities:

· Managing Partner plan in place for key GM’s and Executive Chefs including regional opportunities, enhanced bonus potential and new car allowance
· Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
· 401K
· Stock Options
· Tuition Assistance
· And Much, Much More
