Our portfolio includes Ramada, Holiday Inn, and Best Western Franchise hotels in addition to independent luxury boutique hotels.
PVI HOTEL GROUP was founded prior to 1980 and has been involved in the operation of a large number of hotels, apartments and office buildings, and shopping centers since that time. The company is presently focusing its growth in the hotel business and currently operates seven successful hotels.
PVI HOTEL GROUP properties are generally rated AAA, 3Diamond; most are at the very top edge of the 3 Diamond range. PVI is a long term owner of its properties.
