| Fowler Hospitality is small but growing company currently managing 9 properites with a variety of flags including, Courtyard by Marriott,Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott,Springhill Suites by Marriott and Best Western. We are in the process of adding three hotels in the next year. The majority of our properties are in the top 50 in the nation in guest scores. We work closely with the management staffs of our hotels to provide accounting, human resource, operation and marketing support. We offer competive base salaries, a bonus program based on budgeted revenue and a competitive benefits package to include medical, dental, life, cancer and short term disability. Currently in the process of developing a 401k plan. In addition, we offer advancement opportunites into Sales Managers, Operations Manager/Assistant General Manager, General Managers and Lead General Managers to those who have proven they have high service standards and a solid work ethic. |
