Palmer- Gosnell Management is a small management company seeking to grow over the next few years with quality of product not quantity. We opened our first Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Fredericksburg, VA in 1996. Our Second Fairfield Inn by Marriott opened in Woodbridge, VA in 1997; winning the "Hotel of the Year" honors for 1998 from the brand. We expanded in 2000 with a Hampton Inn in Woodbridge, VA. We have receently opened our fourth property a Fairfield Inn by Marriott near Dullus Airport in Chantilly, VA.
We soon may be actively pursuing management contracts where our expertise and performance levels will help outside ownership groups.
We will primarily grow in the Baltimore Washington area and concentrate on the quality brands of Marriott and Hilton. Growth oriented company seeking to reward and empower motivated hospitality professionals. |
