Larkspur Hospitality Company (LHC) first became a franchise owner and operator of Candlewood Suites extended stay hotels. Five are currently owned and operated.
Next LHC formed an alliance with Hilton to develop five Hilton Garden Inn hotels.
Then LHC launched its own hotel product, the upscale Larkspur Landing, which has become the company's signature hotel. Six are currently in operation.
In just four years, LHC has become one of the fastest growing regional hotel chains in the nation with hotels operating in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.
LHC continues to add new sites with an emphasis on establishing the Larkspur Hospitality Company name as the premium, yet value-conscious hotel for business and leisure travelers.
OUR CULTURE
From the beginning, we talked of building a new hotel company with a team oriented culture that nurtured our employees. By creating a fun, fair, and friendly environment for employees and providing outstanding value to hotel guests, we believed that financial success would follow.
We wanted to create a culture that would support its team members so that their full personal and professional potential would be unleashed. With this in mind, the company vision and mission were developed and continue to be the backbone for Larkspur Hospitality Company.
With a company culture that fosters teamwork, guest service and individual accountability, each hotel's staff works as a team to get things done and the goal is to make the customers happy. At times, this means that even the general manager may take out trash or pick up groceries for a guest.
We believe in sharing our success and growth with all of our team members who are responsible for the company's accomplishments.
Additionally, we are committed to growing our company both internally and externally and are continually seeking out and evaluating new opportunities that will, in turn, provide growth opportunities for our team members.
