We build, own and operate high-energy (non-golf) country clubs. With seven locations: Crestview Hills, Kentucky; Indianapolis, Indiana; Cleveland, Ohio; Dayton, Ohio; Northbrook & Burr Ridge, Chicago; and Cincinnati, Ohio. Sites in Bloomfield, Michigan and Boston, Massachusetts are in design stages. The company is underway on a national program of expansion with a stated goal Phase I to develop, construct, and manage 30 seperate facilities within a five0year period. The 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with a 400-seat banquet facility and two dining units are surrounded by 100,000 square feet of high-energy activities on 20 acres including tennis, fitness and swimming all in a grand, high-touch environment.
