Tracey Holloway is a Certified Human Resources Executive with 14 years of Human Resources experience. She started her career with Macy's/Federated Department Store. During her tenure she was involved with all the six acquisitions and mergers involving Bullocks, Broadway, Imagnin, Macy's West/East and Federated. In 1998 she joined Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants and was instrumental in building the Company Culture, including Kimpton University Training Program, College Recruiting Program, Housekeeping Olympics, Sabbatical Program. The company grew from 20 hotels to 43 over the course of her employment.
She attended San Francisco State University, BA in I/O Psychology and received her certificate in Human Resources from San Francisco State University in 1995.
She has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Northern California Human Resources Association, Society of Human Resources Managers and has served on the Hospitality Advisory Board and San Francisco State University for five years.
She resides in Pacifica California, with her husband and two daughters.
Tracey joined Stanford Hotels in November 2005.
