Garot Hospitality Inc. is a small, family owned and operated business that specializes in providing great guest service. We are very hands on and look for the brightest most capable people in the industry. - The company was started in 1994 and built and opened its first hotel in Green Bay, WI in 1995 (57 room Country Inn & Suites, Green Bay). It added on to that hotel in 1998 (now totals 75 rooms) and
- built its second hotel in Green Bay in 1999 (68 room Microtel Inn & Suites, featuring the area's first indoor waterpark).
- In 2001 it opened the Baymont Inn & Suites in Grafton, WI (67 rooms).
- Construction began in October, 2002 for a 162 room Tundra Lodge which will feature a 25,000 square foot indoor waterpark, restaurant and pub, meeting facilities for 150 and various other amenities. This property is slated to open in August, 2003.
- Plans to add another Country Inn & Suites (90 rooms) in downtown Milwaukee are in the works.
The company works hard to promote from within and has consistently been a leader among its various chains: - Country Inn & Suites was hotel of the year in 1998 and each year wins service excellence awards. It has consistently maintained a 98% return in guest satisfaction ratings.
- Microtel Inn & Suites was #2 in the franchise in 2000 and also is consistent in its quality assurance reviews.
- Baymont is among the top in the system in its quality reviews and in 2002 won the prestigious White Glove Award.
