MasterCorp's Housekeeping Service provides a unique business climate. We are delighted to celebrate the acclaimed status of being the nation's largest Timeshare Resort Housekeeping Service. From coast to coast, we work closely with major timeshare resorts to meet their housekeeping needs. These partnerships began approximately 20 years ago under the direction of the president and founder Alan Grindstaff.
Long term, the challenge is growth and locating the Human Resources willing to take on the challenge in positions of Housekeepers, Housepersons, Inspectors/Supervisors, Carpet Technicians, Assistant Executive Housekeepers, Executive Housekeepers, District Managers, Regional Managers and other opportunities. That's why MasterCorp has developed bonus incentives, training programs and worked to exploit technology to improve efficiencies and cut costs over the years.
MasterCorp is seeking out individuals who work to insure cost effective production from proactive planning whose goal is dedication and loyalty to carrying out the MasterCorp mission.
