Sam is a 30 year veteran of the hospitality industry. 24 years of this was with Marriott Hotels and Resorts in various capacities in ten hotels, including the largest Marriott Hotels in the State of Florida, as well as Washington DC. He spent eight years at Marriott International Headquarters as Senior Director of Catering Standards and the first Director of Convention Service Standards before retiring from Marriott to start Bonfe Hospitality Services Inc. in New York State for five years. Sam joined Avendra LLC, the largest hospitality contracting company in the industry and eventually returned to Marriott Hotels and Resorts in Washington DC.
