In June 2002, an additional Executive Tower of 327 boutique style guest rooms was built,all featuring high speed internet access. The Hilton Portland & Executive Tower is now the largest hotel in Oregon, boasting 782 guest rooms with a total of 66,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space.
The Hilton Portland & Executive Tower is convenient to the downtown business district and cultural attractions such as the Performing Arts Center, Portland Art Museum, Pioneer Courthouse Square, OMSI, Oregon Zoo, and Oregon Convention Center. Guests have access to 320 blocks of downtown Portland with free public transportation that includes the Max Light Rail System, which also connects to the Portland International Airport.
The Hilton Portland & Executive Tower completed a 25 million dollar renovation in 1995 that completely updated its exterior, lobby, restaurants, guest rooms and function space. Business guests will appreciate the fully equipped business center that serves as an "office on the road," providing faxing, photocopying, laser printing and other services.
Both business and leisure guests can enjoy two restaurants and lounges as well as the athletic club featuring indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. For a vigorous work out, there is cardio and weight training equipment. The executive tower offers our guests 24 hours of exercise access, including a lap pool. Located in our Executive Tower, Porto Terra offers our guests the finest northern Italian cuisine in town. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant also offers a full service bar with an award winning wine list, speciality cocktails and 7 days of happy hour, all in a Non-Smoking enviornment. |
