- The Delmonico Room is our 50-seat signature restaurant. The cuisine features modern interpretations of classic food. We bring the art of cooking - method and technique - back in to the kitchen!
- Bar Louis is our contemporary and more casual dining offering. The eclectic menu features cuisine inspired from around the globe and gives our chefs an opportunity to be inspired and creative!
The Hotel Fauchere sits in the center of the town of Milford, which is the county seat of Pike County, PA, 75 miles from New York City. - The local economy is primarily tourism-dependent, with a peak season running from the 4th of July to late October.

- The community is culturally vibrant, with film, music and literary festivals, and has a large and growing GLBT population.
- Most of the weekend or seasonal residents are New Yorkers and much of the influx of new fulltime residents are ex-urbanites.
The Hotel Fauchere has reopened to much notice and expectations for it will be high. - For over 100 years, it was the finest restaurant in northeast Pennsylvania and natives over the age of 40, still remember it.

Hotel Fauchere was run by the Fauchere family from 1852 until 1977, when it closed. Louis Fauchere had been a chef at Delmonico's in New York and brought that elegant clientele--Carnegies and Rockefellers, Presidents and statesment, writers, stars of stage and screen--with him to the Hotel Fauchere. Four years ago, the property was purchased by two local businessmen and a multi-year, multi-million dollar renovation was begun. |
