Sunridge Properties has been a leader in Small Hotel development and management in Arizona since 1983. We have operated Holiday Inn Expresses, Comfort Inns, Best Westerns, Ramadas and Marriott Fairfield Inn Hotels across the state. We have a great corporate team that offers support to the property managers in the form of centralized accounting, purchasing and marketing. We feel this gives the manager more time to run the hotel, take care of our guests and market our Hotel in the community. We currently operate 7 properties with 2 under construction. Our General Managers have been with our company an average of over six years and counting. Our properties regularly rank very high on guest satisfaction scores and also on our franchise property inspection scores. Our newest property was ranked number one last year by Marriott in the Western United States and won every award given to properties in this region. We work hard at keeping our Hotels clean, fresh and looking like new.
