Morreen Rukin Bayles, President and Founder of Creative Restaurant Solutions, Inc. (CRS, Inc.), gained her experience from a mixture of high-volume casual dining and quick-service restaurants. She has experience in Operations, Recruiting, Training, New Product Testing and Deployment, Concept Conversions, Computer Systems, and Quality Assurance.
Morreen started CRS, Inc. almost 9 years ago and has watched it grow into an organization with 15 affiliates. CRS, Inc.’s primary focus is helping restaurant, contract food-service and supermarket companies increase efficiencies and decrease operational costs. Morreen’s true passion is in providing effective, upbeat training that challenges managers to evaluate the way they lead and reflect upon how they can develop their management skills.
