Jeremy started his career at a timeshare resort in Virginia. His most recent position, prior to joining Goodmanagement, was as Resident Manager of a 303-key full-service Hilton Hotel, a property that includes 30,000 square feet of convention space. During his two-year tenure there, the overall Hilton customer loyalty score moved from the bottom 25% to the top 15% of the chain’s international property rankings. Jeremy has extensive background in guest service delivery, cost improvement, capital planning and execution, and budgeting.
