Stardust Race & Sports Book
"Where the Line is Made"
The Stardust Race and Sports Book is recognized nationally as the place "where the line is made." Every major sporting event through the years has brought national network and newspaper columnists to the famous book, seeking its original-source line.
Sophisticated boards surround the ultra-modern book, making race results and point spreads easily read from even 120 feet away. More than 250 seats are placed strategically throughout the 18,420 square-foot book, with several large readerboards offering up-to-the-minute results and other pertinent information sports bettors rely on to make their decisions.
The book also boasts one of the most complete satellite systems in the country. It has unlimited capabilities to pick up pictures being beamed in from any commercial satellite system currently in orbit.
This information is fed to the 50-plus televisions throughout the hotel and they consistently monitor sporting events and horse racing results 24 hours daily, morning till night.
The "Sports Handicappers Library," located next to the book in a quiet area, features three complete walls of statistical information concerning current sporting events. The latest lines and logs are provided by the nation's leading race and sports book.
