To help put heads in beds we can also sign-up on special rate programs with connsortiums like American Express, Carlson and many more. The US Properties are self rated, independently owned, and operated. We utilize our unique relationship with ReservHotel Central Reservations to control our online inventories via the Internet using any current computer platform because our system is Internet based. This means we operate with the freedom of using our own management and computer systems. Unlike Franchised hotels we have the benefits of being a National Brand without all the Rules and Regulations, Punch list and costly inspections.
