Our restaurant, Aquarelle, features a superb cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean area with a large influence from France, Italy, Spain and North Africa. Our Chef de Cuisine, Christophe Poteaux, selects only the best products resulting in a wonderful culinary experience that's guaranteed to whet any appetite. Room Service also allows a gracious sampling from this menu.
