About Anthony Menna …
Growing up, he worked in the family business-a nine-room hotel in Clearwater, Florida in maintenance and in housekeeping. As the business grew to include multiple hotels, Menna gained valuable knowledge in the acquisition, renovation and day-to-day operations of properties.
Today, as president and founder of Menna Development and Management, he has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing, design and turnkey development of more than 30 properties in the Tampa Bay area. He is currently the principal partner/owner in three lodging facilities.
With a hands-on management approach, Menna is responsible for matters ranging from demographic and feasibility studies to overseeing personnel hiring, training and marketing a new property. A student of the University of Florida, Menna is Certified Hospitality Administrator, also a certified Real Estate Appraiser and Broker, Certified Mortgage Broker and a Florida Board of Real Estate certified instructor. He is a certified General Contractor in the state of Florida.
