Ms. Schnipper, Corporate Director of Human Resources, oversees all HR planning and support for the corporation and its 1,400 associates and brings with her over 25 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Commonwealth Carol was president of her own consulting firm where she represented small clients as well as Fortune 100 organizations in a wide variety of employee relations, conflict resolutions and organization development matters. Previously, she held the role of vice president of human resources for Citifinancial. Carol holds a BS in Business Management, and did her Masters work in Human Resources Management at Utah State University. She is a Senior Professional of Human Resources, held the position of adjunct professor of HR at the University of Utah, and is an active member of SHRM, WorldatWork®, and ASTD.
