My wife and I came to Nashville and stayed at the Music City Sheraton to celebrate our anniversary. After checking into our room we noticed that the location of our room would not be suitable for our stay. Most hotels would give guest a hard time about changing rooms at the spur of the moment. But I down to the front desk and spoke with Kyle and he was very helpful. He found an available room for the same rate that was in an ideal location of the property for us. Kyle was very pleasant and cooperative to the point that I really did not have to go into detail about the situation.
