Woody Montgomery is responsible for human resources practices, staffing, benefit administration, risk management, and corporate administration for Crescent. He served most recently as Executive Vice President Human Resources for Interstate Hotels & Resorts (IHR). He held a similar role in each of IHR's predecessor entities: Meristar Hotels & Resorts, and Capstar Hotel Company. In addition to his fifteen years of hotel industry human resources and related functions, he previously held human resources positions at Deloitte & Touche and Eastern Airlines.
He holds a B.A. degree from Davidson College and served recently as Treasurer of the Council of Personnel Officers.
