Lovell is responsible for direct sales strategy, revenue management, brand maximization, recruiting, training of sales staff, and supporting property specific sales efforts. She has extensive hotel sales experience in leading sales teams affiliated with Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Intercontinental Hotel Group. Prior to joining Crescent Hospitality, Lovell served in senior sales leadership positions with Merritt Hospitality, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts. Her experience includes development of direct sales and catering sales strategies, sales training, task force, troubleshooting, and property transitions. In addition to hospitality sales and marketing, Lovell has served as President and COO for an international non-profit, overseeing national and international media campaigns, event planning, and fund raising.
