With daily oversight of nearly a hundred clients, Ray Harper is primarily responsible for the effective implementation and execution of all operational areas. Included in his duties are property operational oversight, compliance, policies and procedures, and continuous quality improvement. Yet Harper’s leading responsibility is to ensure that operational decisions at individual properties support the patients and visitors during a time when assistance is most valuable, allowing them to focus on their health and their loved ones.
