Chuck McGuire, Director of Operations, is responsible for the oversight and operational execution of strategies for Avascend’s core services, as well as other operating businesses. He provides leadership and training to the company’s regional and district mangers, and maintains open lines of communication with Avascend clients. Along with the management team, McGuire works to ensure that individual property managers have the necessary resources and tools to manage their businesses successfully.
As Director of Operations, McGuire also works closely with the project management team, and its director, Andy Jansen. Using a team of experienced operational team members, the implementation team maintains, improves and assists in opening new properties across the country.
Before becoming Director of Operations, McGuire was a regional manager for the Midwest division of Avascend, working day-to-day with individual property managers, their associates, and the company’s clients.
McGuire graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Journalism and holds a Masters of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary.
